POLICY: We do not issue refunds, however we will accept items eligible for store credit/exchange when received within two weeks of in-store purchase or date of mail delivery. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days and must have been previously approved (via email for online orders). All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit which will come through as a promo code. Once you receive the code, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at teacity.com. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot put items on hold for exchanges. We recommend purchasing the item you wish to exchange for, and when your return is received, you will be refunded for the total amount of the return. This must be pre-approved via email (bridalboutique@spoton.com).
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All sale/discounted items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe you received a defective item (package torn, bags ripped, etc) you must notify us by email within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date or date of in-store purchase and include a photo of the defective product.
